Carol Solis
Carol Solis has quite an interesting background; she decided to make sure that she had all the sales knowledge to teach others. She has experience in retail sales, inside sales, customer service, telemarketing, appointment setting, B2B sales, sales management, and sales training. She has hands-on experience.
Carol has taught and created her telephone techniques covering prospecting, benefit statements, overcoming objections, closing the sale, scriptwriting and more. She has made several others, including NLP in Sales (Neuro-Linguistic Programming).
Carol believes and knows that her success rate has a lot to do with her attitude and setting goals. She is a positive individual and uses her sense of humour when she is making her calls. Her day begins with setting goals of what she wants to achieve. Others know Carol in the Industry as the Telephone Queen. Her closing for appointment setting is unbeatable. Her average of closing for an appointment ranges up to 80% depending on the Industry.
She has taught at Dawson, Champlain, John Abbott and International Academy of Fashion and Design. A few of the courses included; how to start a small business, selling techniques, retail sales, merchandising and a 7 week course for unemployed people.
Carol has been invited on CBC News World, Ticker TV and been published in several newspapers in Ontario.
